Yes, and you won't be able to because they are very separate cases. Please go back and read again because it's not duplicate.

One is allowing separate permanent addresses to devices to connect to a network managed by the holder. More point-to-multipoint

The other is allowing addresses or prefixes (for example for VMs as you said) but only on a temporary basis.

Trying to combine those into one sentence won't work.
