Good day allAccording to section 5.5.1.1.1, the latter part states that "LIRs assigning address space allocated from AFRINIC are also ADVISED TO ADOPT a set of policies consistent with the policies described in the CPM"
Does this imply that the LIRs are at liberty to formulate their own policies based on whatever interpretation given to the general policies as stated in the CPM?
If yes, Are there specific guidelines/policies to curb the possible adverse effect this might have?
