Kindly refer to section 5.4.4States that for any LIR or End User, there is no explicit limit on the number of times an organization may request for ADDITIONAL IPV4 address space during the EXHAUSTION PHASE
MATTERS ARISINGWhy isn't there a limit to the number of times? I am asking this because I am of the opinion that this policy might result in stock piling based on the following:Request should be attended to or treated based on hierarchy and aggregation. LIRs or End Users should be placed under thorough review n scrutiny before such request can be treated.In my opinion, if there's a limit, this gives room for more members to make request, and invariably creates more address spaces. (section 5.4.2 refers).
