And this is where you (chairs) erred. The sustained objections were not addressed and declaring consensus in light of such sustained objections is a clear violation of the intent of the PDP and malfeasance in the duties of the PDWG co-chairs.

In light of the unrepentant attitude of the co-chairs, I must join Andrew in insisting that the appeal must go forward to the appeals committee. If the co-chairs can retain this position even in light of all of the post-meeting discussion of this matter, then clearly, they have no interest in seeking accommodation. I consider this email above all else to be evidence that attempts have been made to reach accommodation with the co-chairs and have failed.
