Dear AFRINIC community,

The Board has considered community comments on the previous draft of the Policy Development Appeal Committee, and has approved a revised version of the Terms of Reference.  It is published at  <https://afrinic.net/en/community/policy-development/policy-appeal>.

The Board expects that the first selection of members of the standing Appeal Committee will be made during the AGMM in May 2018.  If there is an appeal before that time, the Board may appoint an interim Appeal Commmittee, but the Board has not made any formal decision about how that might be done.
