Thanks Augustin,

The methods, the timeframe, the frequency and so on are up to the AFRINIC staff that would implement should the policy move forward.

The authors are deliberately not making any specification in the policy, and trust that the implementation, should it come to that, would be sensible and involve community input.

The policy is only specifying that staff could, and should do the necessary to clean it up safely.
