A small NIT for the board to consider…

The wording in 3.1.2.3 is such that one could interpret it to mean all participation prior to 6 months forward from the date of call for nomination. I believe the intent would be better expressed as:

3.1.2.3 Participation to meet the 3.1.2.2 eligibility criteria must have occurred 6 or more months prior to the date of the call for nomination.

(Which I believe has the intended identical meaning)

or a slight modification:

3.1.2.3 Participation to meet the 3.1.2.2 eligibility criteria must have occurred more than 180 days prior to the date of the call for nomination.

(I believe a number of days provides a better date-certain mechanism for measurement, but I admit that there is a subtle difference between some of the results that could be obtained by counting 6 months and the one and only result obtainable by counting 180 days.)

If there is an appeal before that time, the Board may appoint an interim Appeal Commmittee, but the Board has not made any formal decision about how that might be done.
