[rpd] AFRINIC Policy Development Process Bis Proposal: the way forward

Hi everyone,

I cannot agree more with Caleb on alll his points. I too oppose this policy
because i believe we don't need it as of now. We are doing well so far with
the current style (co-chairs) for so many reasons. This type of
collaborative work has proved to work not only here but in so many other
avenues where i am involved.

Until we have solid reasons to change it, let's stop this discussion for
now and work on some more important stuffs on this PDP list.

Regards,
Arsene
