definitely yes. if you award a seat to the person who happens to be
available, don't be surprised at the result. sometime, it turns out quite

that just a bonus. but to be faire, if AFRINIC get into a situation where
it business model must change bigly to say along line of so entreprise
software, when that time come, technical skill in that area may be good
thing to have on board.
