Not sure a sane ISOC chapter will support such statement.

the chapter, a statement made by the president of the chapter, and signed

Worst part? this president

-- serve as AfriNIC board member
-- serve in Consolidated RIR IANA Stewardship Proposal Team (CRISP) team

That a failure of our community to develop leaders than truly belief in the
principles we hold dear.

President/leader of chapter has not made a real apology retracting that
Impossible for ISOC Cameroun chapter to make counter statement while he
still president.

As community, we need to do better job developing leaders (NOG, ISOC
Chapter, Internet Org board members) that truely understand and live
principle of bottom - up Internet.

And select a better president who do belief in Internet Society principles.
