As far as I know Afrinic had and certainly continues to have, from time to
time staff who do not necessarily work at headquarters.

b) That there's Human Resource redundancy

Not necessary a redundancy of human resources, but simply off-site staff as
always.

c) Continuous operation depends at normal capacity
