Dear Arnaud,
Thanks alot for the contribution. We need more people like you on the list.
Unfortunately, my reading of your contribution (and I could be wrong),
is that you are raising procedural issues. While these are important,
I don't believe they are pertinent to the policy, in as far as
building support and consensus is concerned.
I would urge the co-chairs to help in creating a separate thread where
process and procedure issues, like the ones you raised, can be
addressed.
