RIPE has already stated clearly at the meeting that they will allow such transfers, it's on the video transcript

Can ARIN, RIPE, APNIC provide formal clear statement to AfriNIC community on this?

Can 1 way transfer be possible from your registry to AfriNIC after passing of this policy? If not the conversation is waste of community time.
