Justify and you get your allocation. Its as simple as that at least with
the current policy.

I hope by everyone you are also thinking like me about Somalia, South
Sudan, CAR, Eastern Congo, Lybia etc. Imagine they come and find nothing.
New folk with no space at all will need space.

IPv6 Internet will take time to develop especially when the incumbent
Telecoms with legacy equipment are forever happy with NAT especially in the
AFRINIC region. I know this for a fact.
