although i was in GBE, i was, unfortunately, quite ill, and not in the 
room.
i did look out for the minutes though, and i don’t recall the 
co-chairs saying that consensus was reached.
(admittedly, i was heavily medicated)

so whilst i respect your opinion, no offense christian, but, i’d 
rather have the _elected co-chairs_  declare consensus please.
