I oppose.
I don't oppose any reservation for ccTDLs, gTLDs, roots.
I think IXPs are taken care of......?  ;-)
That's all critical of the infrastructure (or did i forget anything?) ?

Ambivalent about newcomers.

I oppose a strategic reserve.
