[rpd] Accountability assessment - PDP review?

I can't check right now but there was a live stream so there is very likely a YouTube archive copy of the entire meeting. 

Will also take a look at the videos shared once I have better access. 

Be that as it may, I will share a side by side comparison of the proposals in question shortly as an attempt to help us move forward soon.
