[rpd] Accountability assessment - PDP review?

Hi SM,

I believe there is usually a recording of the entire PPM though not
segmented per policy as done at LACNIC.

However if I recall correctly, I think AFRINIC did not make provision for
video recording at the last meeting and I do hope that this would not be
the case in future. Not necessarily for transparency reasons (because PPM
are usually ran in a transparent manner) but more for the advantage of
those who were not present at the meeting.
