[rpd] Update Received for (AFPUB-2016-GEN-001-DRAFT02)

I agree with the proposal but need more clarification and definition of
what the Author mean by; “Unjustified lack of visibility of the resource on
the global routing table”.

There should be a standard list of justifications that a member should have
for not making his or her resources visible on the global routing table.



The aim of this proposal is a good one since it will help control the
misuse of the resource and also in the case of an organisation that is no
more operational and have not transferred their resources  making the
resource redundant, it is important the resource is retrieve from them
and utilize rightly as stated in this proposal.


I strongly support this proposal with the clarification of the justifications
that a member should have for not making his or her resources visible on
the global routing table.
