[rpd] Statistics on IPV4 allocation in Africa as of 2016

Hi Dear new Board member, Seun.

Please can you clarify for us, what you means by IPV4 is still a hot cake
ref : Afrinic sustanability ? This seems for me to be argument for
"selling" v4 for Afrinic Cash flow.

Otherwise, can we discuss this kind of subject on PDP list now ? in the
past  we will immediately see message telling us that, these kind of
subjects are for others discussion list?
