Je suis tout a fait d'accord qu'il n'y a rien de degradant a utiliser IPv4;
tout le monde le fait.

Et le fait que des predateurs essaient de s'accaparer des ressources IPv4
encore disponibles dans notre region est plus que revelateur.

Nous devons donc veiller a ce que ces ressources restent et soient
utilisees sur notre continent, soient attribuees de maniere equitable a
tous les ayants droit, tout en promouvant le deploiement d'IPv6. L'un
n'exclut aucunement l'autre.
