Andrew is not part of NomCom2016.
Andrew is a Board Member.

Whether he is a Board Member or not - he has a reputation for wishing
for his opinions to be heard - rather than being held in secrecy. Anyone
who has been involved in AFRINIC for a while should be aware of this and
take anything Andrew says with this in mind.

Being vocal is not necessarily a bad thing. I often wish more of the
AFRINIC Membership spoke out more, just maybe not as loudly as Andrew?
