Then what's the use of Nomcom. I thought this is the institution that releases the slate officially.

I was talking about the same email that I'm sure sparked off this discussion and has already been shared on the list. This is the email from a board member to a select list which happens to be shared across by those who thought it hard ethical issues since the official slate is not out and we now have a board member sending information to a select list. 

Surely there is something wrong with this.
