Hi everyone!

This my first post on this subject. In that vein, I just want to underline
something we should normally do yesterday before electing coacher: The
coacher leading the meeting did not ask the following question to the
community : Who wants to be candidate prior the community proceed to the
election? There was only one candidate the community knew before voiting
yesterday and some people were obliged to choose him. I am wandering myself
if we can call it by vote. If it is not the case, I do guess that next time
this aspect sould be taken in consideration.
