[rpd] AF23 - Policy Proposal Reminder!!!

Dear Colleagues,

As per the PDP[1], 30th of this month will be the last day to receive any
new policy that is expected to be discussed and consensus observed at the
next public policy meeting (AFRINIC 23) in Congo[2].

We hereby request that those that have plan to submit a proposal should do
so by/before *Friday 30th October 2015*. While policy proposals are welcome
at anytime, we would not observe consensus on any "new" policy proposal(s)
that gets submitted after the deadline.
