Hello Chair,

Thanks to take into account the issues raised and commit to work to get
them fixed.

In fact, our community has celebrated 10 years and we need to focus on what
should be done in order to capitalize what has been done so far to move
forward.

Beside, in the IANA transition the RIRs call for more community involvement
in place of stewardship

There will be issues to be solved and I think that the survival of our
community will depend on how this is handled.

Therefore leadership has to play a critical role in this as we need to
inspire future generations  in a way to deal with issues and keep the
values our community has been built on.
