[rpd] Integrity Issues

Dear Chair,

With all respect, I think we should not mixed up the minutes which
have to published.

I confidently thinking that most of the members are agreed with me
that we should NOT link the minutes of Board meeting related to Mr
Andrew integrity issues with others minutes.

I think for the sake of transparency and accountability the community
need to know and close the issue. If we could get that minutes (of the
last Board meeting after TUNIS) in order to close that issue will be
very good for the community.

Just for clarification I was the one who raised the issue on the
report of your integrity issue NOT Mr Badru and I personally believe
that is the responsibility of the Chair to address the community.
Your comment on the issue could be biased since your concerning about this
