[rpd] Integrity Issues

Dear Chair

I really feel like we are treading water. The community members always ask the
same thing but board members go to great lengths to circumvent this request, I
said feeling, but I could be wrong. It is high time that board members get
rid once and for all of this thorn that keeps us ahead of the most important
topics that will advance our continetale organization.
