I operate a network within Kenya. At no time have I ever had any problem in
getting resources allocated to me as per available policy. Neither have I
ever heard any complain from all the network operators I know on getting
resources. Don't you think there is a problem with you or your application?

At this time, the community is very ALERT and will be keen to see where
your allocation will end up if it is ever approved.
