Dear Vladimir,
1st, I prefer and suggest you say "our hostmaster" rather than "your hostmaster" as far as we are all in that Community, aren't you? ;-)
I understand your frustration and somehow your anger but unfortunately things should follow the formal process that we've validated and adopted ourselves through the policies even if now those policies seems to be somehow obstacles.
We can have here so long discussions and proposals, even a lot of "second" to your ideas but nothing will put them in reality other than policies or may be special resolutions during an AGMM for example.
