Information must be routed correctly. Asking Board to clarify
operational issues is obviously not right. Asking for customer details
from the organization or peddling them is equally unethical.
Individuals should put on their own hats, instead of hiding behind the
community cloak. Lastly, let the community read the "Qualifications"
in reports, and act on them without delay.
