[rpd] LACNIC reaches final /10 of IPv4 space

"Translation to the rescue" is a little like saying "taxman to the rescue".

Taxman comes to take your money. Allegedly, part of that money goes to fund search and rescue teams. I leave it to you to decide whether this is a wise investment vs. deploying IPv6.
