[AfriNIC-rpd] Clarification about v6 PI space

Hi Guys,

I'm seeking some clarification about v6 end user space.

AfriNIC's billing schedule as per
http://www.afrinic.net/index.php/en/library/membership-documents/273-membership-feesseems
to indicate that if you want more than a /48 you are automatically an
LIR.  This may just be because of lack of clarity in that page though so
I'm NOT assuming that is the position.

I would like to know though, if a single institution has 4 distinct
buildings/campuses/whatever, by what is pretty much global accepted
practice, each distinct location should have its own /48, and if its all in
the same company/institution/whatever thats end user.  So, to clarify, is
there a way to get a /46 PI or multiple /48 PI blocks.

What is the current status quo on this one?
