[AfriNIC-rpd] Analysis of AFPUB-2010-GEN-006 and AFPUB-2010-v4-005

Dear Adiel,

In line with Section 5.1 of the Policy Development Process 
(AFPUB-2010-GEN-005), we would like AfriNIC to provide an analysis of 
the following proposals:

  1. Abuse Contact Information in the AfriNIC service region
     (AFPUB-2010-GEN-006)

  2. IPv4 Soft Landing Proposal (AFPUB-2010-v4-005)

It would be appreciated if the report includes an analysis of the 
technical, financial, legal and any other aspect AfriNIC deems 
relevant if the proposals are adopted as policies and implemented.
