This is an individual comment; that was all that was submitted. I
posted a reply to the person (
https://lists.afrinic.net/pipermail/rpd/2010/001018.html ) and he
didn't answer.
If the policy proposal fits the requirements on the PDP, it is put
forward for discussion by the community. This proposal is an odd
case as even though the author didn't respond and as amendments have
not be suggested, the proposal might still have to be discussed at
the public policy meeting.
If AFPUB-2010-GEN-005 is ratified, the timeout period could be used
to handle such a case. The timeout is to push for proposals to be
revised based on feedback from the community. There is also a
timeout so that a policy proposal is ratified and implemented in a
timely manner.
