Bill mentions Rafik, who is a current member of the gNSO.

Perhaps the  idea is to ensure we have AC/SO's represented who can help 
ensure participation of ICANN constituencies. Representatives who can 
act as liaisons.
So far we have current members of GAC, ALAC, ccNSO, so perhaps we should 
ask gNSO to nominate? what do you think?

I also think we need to have ICANN hosting at least a forum/space on 
their site for this as well.
