Hello Adiel,

Thanks for the share. There are a few things i like to mention:

- It is not yet clear how our component (numbers) intends to collate
comments and present to the ICG. Will it collate from each RIR, compile and
represent the single version to all 5 RIRs for further comment? I am saying
this because comments/contribution will be dynamic and its absolutely
important to understand channel of communication.
- I have briefly gone through the statement and draft charter and i have
observed the following few issues:
1. The statement indicates call for comments/contribution on the draft
charter but what is not stated is the comment period
2. The ICG decided to accept the GAC's request for 3 additional seats, is
there any process that will be put in inplace to first get this community
feedback on decision making issues as this in future?
3. From the Charter, there are statement indicating openness of the ICG for
contribution but at the same time ICG indicates that contributions will be
received from the 3 components. How does the openness of the ICG becomes
useful for actual end users since there is no clear communication means for
such. Its one thing to be open and its another thing to provide a medium
that exhibit openness.

Regards
