Cher.e.s membres du PDWG,
Il semblerait qu'une campagne, mensongère est en cours pour soutenir un
candidat au poste du Conseil d'administration d'Afrinic. Il appait que ce
que candidat a été viré d'une institution membre d'Afrinic pour mauvaise
conduite et malversations. Ce dernier semble être soutenu par une
entreprise spécialisée dans la commercialisation des ressources Internet
(Broker). Cette entreprise utilise une sorte de fondation soutient sa
candidature et la procédure de campagne ne respect aucune règle d'éthique
et de bien séance. Ils vont jusqu'à offrir de l'argent à certaines
personnes pour voter pour leur candidat. Ils mentent sur le compte du staff
d'Afric et les règlements de son fonctionnement en vu de convaincre les
gens à voter pour eux. J'ai lu une intervention de ce candidat dans une
liste de discussions, il ignore absolument tout du principe de
fonctionnement d'un registre chargé de gérer les ressources internet de
notre région. Ces ressources sont un bien public alloué sur la base de
besoins, lui il dit que ça doit être spolier et vendus à des tiers qui ne
sont même pas africains. C'est malheureux, car ce monsieur est prêt à
perdre toute la dignité d'un continent pour de l'argent.
On doit lui faire barrage. Que tous ceux qui ont de droit de vote, votent
pour n'importe qui mais pas ce Monsieur (Paul V.)
Mieux on voudrait inviter le NomCom de le virer de la liste des candidats,
car il ne remplit pas les conditions pour mériter de siéger au Conseil
d'administration d'Afrinic. Comment ils ont même fait leur travail pour que
celui-ci soit admis sur la liste des candidats ?
Le Staff d'Afrinic doit aussi réagir pour lever toute équivoque sur les
affirmations mensongères du type "Afrinic peut t'arracher tes ressources IP
sans raison..." c'est faut c'est pas vrai, c'est de la désinformation.
