By submitting appropriate applications and justified need for the addresses to provide services to their customers within the rules and policies set by the AFRINIC board, membership, and community.

I don’t see anyone trying to avoid accountability here except for perhaps the AFRINIC staff and the AFRINIC board. Cloud Innovation has been accountable for their use of addresses and continues to be.

I can’t see any reason to sue you, you’re just not that relevant.
