Hindsight is 20/20 and often very often wrong because we do not have any
DATA to back our wishes against. No matter ... you may not like them, but
they were VOTE in by the membership. That how democracy work.

You forget the CRITICAL thing that matter most. Informed and active members
and community. A good democracy don't work without engage and intelligent
and active citizenship. Same thing apply here.

For board, where prove actually exists --- they should step down. Where it
is unproved, they don't need to. That how you open system to abuse - make
allegation against board member and take them down.

For staff , if one must ... the SUSPEND BOTH THE ACCUSER AND ACCUSED PERSON.

And i will even add that should allegation be prove false .... fire the the
accuser.

Let us be mature and follow process. The process right now lies with
goverance committee etc. etc.

Until their next communique that tells us next step, people who claim to be
leaders must show leadership and that start with affirmation of basic
principe that: EVERYONE IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVE GUILTY!!
