OK but still am just curious how a bi-directional policy that you want
would actually magically solve all the issues faced by AfriNIC.

Its this thought pattern of yours as per your previous email that attracted
my curiosity and hence the question.

Would you care to elaborate how the bi-directional policy would fix things?
