The thread was started with a question about the fellowship, i.e. why 
wasn't anyone from Nigeria selected as a fellow for Afrinic27.  There 
was a comment [1] from Mr Akinfenwa about that.  Around a month ago, 
I mentioned [1] that there was a reply to another question which was 
raised in the thread.
