Hello,

The other thing we perhaps should note is that the membership size differs
significantly[1]. AFRINIC does indeed give discount for certain categories
of members which are not also existing in other RIRs.

Overall, while we may observe the trends in other regions they may not
necessarily be applicable in our environment.
