Dear Past Board Chair - Badru,

Thank you very much for your email, and the note that my response is not
good enough.

Please refer to my email of 12 July 2015, especially the part that reads

"The Board has initiated discussions on the setup of the Governance
Committee, and has constituted a three-member work group to draft the
Structure and Terms of Reference for this committee. This document will
later be processed by the larger Board, and then shared with the
community for comments and additional input. Thereafter, the Board will
finalise the Structure and TOR. After approval of these documents by the
community, the Governance Committee will begin operating".

I hope reading it again, together with the response I made earlier,
should make it clearer. The Board is moving steadily in the desired
direction, with a sense of purpose.

Thank you most sincerely for your sustained contributions from the
floor. It has been very helpful for the Board.
