Sorry for the delay in response.


I just thought it would be better to give members delivery times.  I still
see no delivery time which means that we could be discussing governance in
2 years time.

The same issue goes inline with performance which is an issue that is
hoped to be covered under governance.

You cannot improve what you cannot measure.  So I really ask that we start
giving actual deliverables.
