[Community-Discuss] IANA Numbering Services Review Committee appointment

Hello Alan,

Just as a follow-up, can i confirm that we are currently discussing
appointment models and not necessarily performing appointments which will I
believe would happen after the transition (or at least after the community
gets a green light from NTIA)
