Dear Colleagues,

AFRINIC is calling for comments on the following document.

*AFRINIC Board of Directors (BOD) Election Process - 2014 document*

AFRINIC welcomes comments on the draft AFRINIC Board Election Process
document. This document describes the process for conducting AFRINIC
Board elections.

The document has been reviewed by staff based on approved
recommendations of the 2013 NomCom, and the implementation of AFRINIC
new Bylaws. Based on the 2013 AFRINIC NomCom Report, and the new Bylaws,
we have now published an updated Election Guideline for public comments
and this guideline will be used for 2014 elections.
