Hi Douglas,

Thanks for these very useful comments. 

Here is the schedule - 

03 April - Deadline for PC to cast a vote and provide their comments individually on each proposals

03-05 April - Assess and select 

05-07 April- Group presentations into panels 

07 April - We communicate outcome to speakers - accept/reject/feedback
