[AISPC] The Africa Internet Summit 2014 - Call for Papers.

Thanks Ashil.
Are we all going to participate in the assessment and selection process? if
yes, then I haven't seen what was submitted.

I also suggest we agree on a schedule for the main tasks(assess & select;
group; communicate) -- this could be worked backwards from the 7th; and we
get moving asap.

We lost a lot of time last year and I am hoping we can do better this time
