The milestones you have shared are ok.

In the future AIS meetings, we should request Philip Smith to support us
and create a submission system for AIS specific papers like we are doing
now with AFNOG CfP. This will make it easier for both authors and the AIS
PC to review and comment on submission and advice authors seamlessly
because as at now, this is quite hectic hehehehe but we should get things
moving.

Or the Af* can build something like this
